There were a few Pick & Prays sprinkled in amongst the 17 featured tourneys last weekend, but most were live-format tourneys. And that led to “spread the wealth” results that saw 17 different people place first in those featured events. The action got started on Friday.
With entries at the recent Orleans Fall Classic up over 50% compared to 2017 levels (331 vs. 220), we anticipate another uptick in interest for next March’s Horse Player World Series. As we get closer to the Breeders’ Cup Betting Challenge (BCBC) on November 2-3, HorsePlayers will be devoted exclusively to BCBC qualifiers and feeders during the month of October. But that doesn’t mean that NHC fans will be out of action.
